The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
1Job Purpose:
Leads Information Management activities for the Project in accordance with the Venture Information Management Plan. Responsible for ensuring project documentation flows between locations and departments according to approved plans and procedures during all phases of project execution. Responsible for ensuring that the Contractor delivers project documents in accordance with Shareholders Document for Operations (DFO) requirements, supporting Mechanical Acceptance of the facilities and handover to RasGas Operations in accordance with the project schedule.

Key Result Areas:
• Leads Project Team’s successful execution of Information Management requirements throughout project lifecycle
• Manages and implements the Venture Information Management Plan (VIMP) / Project Information Management Plan
• Establishes, implements and stewards Project Information Management policies, processes, procedures, systems and controls
• Interfaces with the Venture SHEQ&IM department to ensure effective use and ongoing maintenance of IT systems for the project, Office 365 / Sharepoint in the Cloud
• Provides Information Management and Information Security-related training to PMT and third parties
• Carries out assessments and audits of PMT, Contractor and key vendors in collaboration with Quality Lead
• Demonstrates ability to plan and schedule work (short term and long term) and ensures execution of work plan by subordinates
• Works with Contractor and key Vendors to ensure alignment between the Project’s Information Management requirements and contract terms and conditions
• Provides Project’s oversight of the Contractor’s Information Management processes, procedures and systems to ensure contractual compliance, gap identification and closure
• Manages the change process within the Information Management organization
• Strong focus on managing the Project’s and Contractor information flow between the Contractor’s offices (Home Office, Remote Offices and High Value Engineering Centers) and Project site.
• Interfaces with the Venture IM Manager / appointed representative, RasGas Operations CADD Drafting and Documents & Standards section to ensure application of documentation and data handover specifcations, including RG-DFO-001 and T16-X01-143-236.
• Ensures that Contractor, Sub-contractor and vendor documentation for operations (DFO) conforms to RasGas / Shareholders requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• University/college degree in related discipline and /or
Minimum of 8 years related experience in Information Management within the Oil & Gas industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with Information Management computing and hardcopy systems, management processes and control procedures.
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, capable strategic planner.
• Experienced in working with large Contractors in the areas of Information Management, contract compliance and contract change management.
• Expert knowledge of ExxonMobil or RasGas or similar operating company DFO Requirements
• Proven experience of successful DFO handovers from projects to Operations
