The Company:
Our client is a leading global supplier of consultancy, engineering, and project management services in the oil and gas sector.
The Role:
Leads information management activities for the project including the management of all drawings, correspondence, internal documentation, shared network drives and final project documentation required for operations. Ensures a set of comprehensive information management procedures and departmental work instructions are developed and maintained.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with Information Management computing and hardcopy systems, management processes and control procedures
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills, capable strategic planner.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in Information Management and fifteen (15) years experience working within a Project organization
Experienced in working with large FEED Contractors in the areas of Information Management, contract compliance and contract change management
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues requiring effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
• Interacts effectively with client management and external stakeholders, including statutory auditors, shareholder auditors and other entities to discuss project practices and issues.
• Exhibits team leadership skills, integrity, self-confidence, fairness.
• Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets and contributes to the development of these.
• Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.
• Establishes credibility with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
