The Role:
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement business applications, systems and procedures within recognized fields of Information Technology (IT).
• Implement new and maintain existing computer/communication systems to ensure consistent computer application and communication channels.
• Enhance and improve existing computer applications and communication systems to reflect new business needs.
• Develop new computer applications and systems that could offer additional advantages to certain functions.
• Evaluate and test off-the-shelf products to ensure their applicability to Sadara business requirement.
• Design, test and troubleshoot information security systems and solutions to ensure protection of IT assets at Sadara.
• Manage data centre facilities infrastructure, and support relevant upgrade projects
• Collect and analyse system utilization data to monitor trends and forecast future (IT) requirement.
• Develop and manage project proposals, resources and plans.
• Train and mentor newly hired IT Analyst.
• Adhere to policies & procedures and security & safety regulations.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.


• Develop and implement database management systems and related software in order to be used as a consistent source of information from various functions.
• Manage distributed computer storage facilities using automated storage management software and equipment to ensure that the reliability and integrity of corporate database are maintained.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Essential: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related filed
