The Role:
The Facilities Engineering Senior/Advisor Infrastructure Project Engineer works with a broad scope of responsibilities in project management on multiple, concurrent, small capital projects (typically $1MM – 25MM) associated with Infrastructure. These projects may vary from building upgrades, to demolition projects to new facility construction. The projects may include elements of architecture, urban planning, buildings, civil/structural, road/rail transport and associated utilities (power, water, HVAC). The Senior/Advisor Project Engineer is accountable for the quality and delivery of all aspects of the projects in the Infrastructure Portfolio from the beginning of CPDEP Phase 1 through Phase 5. Additionally the Senior/Advisor Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination of all Project Engineers assigned to the infrastructure projects. The Senior/Advisor Project Engineer will collaborate closely with the FE Project Engineering leadership to deliver results meeting all engineering, construction, OE, HES, and regulatory requirements and objectives.

•Developing, evaluating and making formal recommendations and justifications for various projects using (Project Development and Execution Process)
•Managing scope, schedule and budgets for each project in the FE Infrastructure portfolio.
•Developing project strategies, contracting plans, permitting plans and execution plans for Engineering, Procurement and Construction
•Forming project teams of expat and national engineers and cross-functional customers and guiding teams through PDEP Phases 1 through 4.
•Executing agreed-upon local content objectives.
•Assuring proper Regulatory Approval / Code Compliance packages are developed.
•Providing technical expertise in technologies, methods and processes.
•Supporting and following all Safety & Environmental policy and guidelines and PSM processes.
•Being responsible for budget preparation, cost control and forecasting to align expenditures with approved budget.
•Issuing regular Infrastructure portfolio Status Reports, including Cost and Schedule updates and forecasts
•Reporting as necessary to Decision Review Board (DRB), including making formal presentations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•High education with engineering qualification required (Civil, Mechanical preferred)
•10 year applicable experience in the infrastructure, or oil and gas industry
•Proficiency in use of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) is required
•Experience required in Project Management for infrastructure projects (buildings, roads, etc), and knowledge of project tools including: CSOC and project execution planning principles.
•Knowledge of relevant RoK regulations and international building standards.
•Ability to review discipline design, fabrication and testing specifications for civil, structural and HVAC equipment.
•Demonstrated experience and maturity in leading project teams to accomplish all the Specific Work Responsibilities listed herein in a timely manner.
