The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Lead, plan, direct and control all activities related to the following services: Data Center(s) and Data Center Operations, Networking, Servers and Appliances, Workstation, including Engineering and Manufacturing specialty workstations, Printing, Mobility, Voice, Collaboration, Site IT Management, Two Way Radios, and other operational services.
Accountable for day to day service operations and performance, including Service Desk, Field Support, and Executive Support.

Functional Duties
1. Manage day to day service operations, source and deliver components to support end user services, back end services, and specialty services.
2. Manage service operations against stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.
3. Manage, plan, upgrade, and staff all technical environments on a day to day basis.
4. Provide and maintain a Service Catalogue for all IT services delivered.
5. Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of services and components in the enterprise IT environment and supported specialty environments, and ensure IT capacity meets business needs.
6. Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for all Service Management / Operations domains.
7. Collaborate with IT Architecture, IT Applications, IT Security and the business on project ideation and drive delivery of new technical and operational capabilities.
8. Translate IT Strategy into specific initiatives and actions for a division or team and act on those initiatives to implement the IT Strategy.
9. Maintain deep expertise in the technology, software, and methodologies associated with the division.
10. Ensure stable, ongoing configuration, break/fix support and maintenance for all supported systems and services.
11. Ensure that transitioned and developed services meet Operational and Service Level Requirements, and are measurable and monitored.
12. Manage all staff within the Division in performing their delegated tasks.
13. Provide input on the department’s annual budget requirements. As assigned, manage division or program/project budgets and financial reporting.
14. With Procurement, the IT Business Office, and the Law Department, establish relationships with external service providers to agree on terms and conditions that best protect the interest of software licensing and maintenance agreement.
15. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and service management processes and experience in delivering improvements to these processes
• Experience leading cross functional teams and managing relationships with business customers
• Proven leadership and management skills
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations
• 10+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service development and/or support
• Deep technical expertise and a good understanding of relevant Chemical business processes and systems
• High commitment to meet business needs as well as Service and Operational Level requirements
• Highly experienced working with multiple third party vendors
