The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Due to an internal transfer, our client is looking for an experienced Relocations Administrator to join their Mobility team.

Reporting to the Mobility Manager, you will be accountable for providing relocation assistance for our Japanese inpatriates and others transferring to the Australian locations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Managing relocation arrangements for inpatriates to Australia including liaising with local agents
• Liaising with real estate agents in respect to negotiating rental fees, viewing of properties and ensuring quality of properties
• Providing point of contact for all relocation and on-going maintenance issues
• Organising connection of utilities as required
• Providing assistance with schooling requirements, daycare and other family assistance
• Providing a “meet and greet” service as required
• Coordinating scheduling and cleaning of temporary accommodation / apartments
• Coordinating and managing issue of mobile phones
• Organising company car arrangements including monthly cleaning and servicing coordination
• Invoice processing and approval
• Supporting Global Mobility team as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken), possess a strong customer service focus, current driver’s licence and in-depth knowledge of the geography of Perth suburbs. Degree qualifications in Communication/Languages (Japanese) or International Relations would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a 2 year fixed term contract working a 9 hour day.
