The Role:
• Assisting Sales in qualifying the leads by telephone / e-mail /event and forward leads to the focus partners.
• To coordinate with other department (both local / regional) to support any Channel activities like: solution offerings, pricing request, ordering process, stock and logistics follow up, promotional programs, literature request, service claim issues etc. to ensure result achievement.
• Support Sales team to work with Marketing team for any marketing events/activities.
• Coordinate with Sales admin for project registration, data entry in to the database (InTouch) pipeline review and forecasting.
• Prepare reports for sales team to review and submit upon request, joining meeting with key partners

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• Bachelors degree (Marketing/ General Management/ Engineering –Electrical or Computer Science background is preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience (pre-sales support/ telesales background is more advantage)Creative, Ownership, Positive attitude, Commitment.
• Experience with IT hardware solutions is preferred.
• Able to understand and communicate in English fairly.
• Computer literature (MS Office, Adobe, Graphic software)
• Have driving licence and can travelling up-country / overseas.
