The Company:
Our client is an international Oil & Gas Operator

The Role:
The purpose of this position is to Coordinate the Offshore inspection team from an onshore office.

- Liaising with the planning & Integrity teams to ensure resources as required by inspection teams offshore are available.
- Responsible to follow an annual inspection plan from equipment due dates, identifying appropriate inspection techniques, as advised by the ITL/PIE/SIE are selected. Maintain and Improve of a strategic 5 year plan.
- Mobilisation of Third party inspection teams and equipment from subcontractors.
- Equipment- Tracking hired equipment from vendors and management of Companies laptops, cameras, NDT equipment, etc.

- Preparation of work scopes for offshore teams ensuring a hardcopy and electronic copy of work scopes is available before a team visits an installation. Keeping the electronic copy of work scopes current.
- Ensure asset registers are updated daily, in conjunction with Integrity Technical Assistants.
- Ensure the generation of inspection workbooks, in conjunction with Integrity Technical Assistants, prior to inspection visits. Ensure such work is scheduled in line with inspection planning requirements.
- Ensuring a daily report of activity is issued detailing outstanding scopes.
- Ensuring a daily timesheet is issued detailing works details.

- Ensuring that Inspection reports have been checked by OIEs and/or forward to the PIE/SIE for quality checking, and onward forwarding to Tech Clerks for processing into Maximo / TIM before being forwarded & reviewed by the respective Integrity Engineers.
- Responsible to facilitate the co-ordination and recording of vendor competence and procedural compliance to ensure QMS compliance.

- In conjunction with the Inspection Team Leader & Senior Inspection Engineer provide occasional out of hours support to inspectors.
- Additional ad-hoc technical projects may be required as needs & workload in the wider Company Team dictates.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential that you have Oil & Gas Operator Experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- The jobholder would have knowledge of the inspection process & the Oil & Gas industry, together with sound planning and organisational skills.

- The individual would ideally have a technical background and be familiar with I.T. and in particular Excel, Maximo and database operation.

- Self motivated with an ability to methodically work through a problem and thoroughly complete it

- Experience in general administrative tasks.

- Experience in Quality Sistems and ideally in ISO 17020

- Good communication skills both verbal & written are essential.
