The Company:
One of the country's most reputable oil & gas explorer and producers is currently undertaking on a multi-billion dollar CSG to LNG project, which has gained global recognition. With their plant based in Gladstone, work is underway for it's execution and commissioning, along with associated equipment, prior to operation and LNG exportation, due next year. To further support this process, an experienced Welding Inspector is sought to join their team, working on a night shift, on a 5/2 roster, resi

The Role:
As this role will be purely night shift, the successful candidate will be expected to be the 'eyes and ears' for the installation and commissioning teams working throughout the day. A handover report at the end of shift will be detailed and easily interpreted, so previous reporting skills are a must. Technical experience and duties will incorporate, but will not be limited to;

- Pressure testing - hydro/pneumatic
- Welding
- Punchlisting
- Line walking

You will be able to confidently and efficiently work without company supervision, with a another member in the team to partner with on performing the above tasks and other duties. As the position will be Gladstone based for the life of the contract, a full mobilisation policy will apply, including provided accommodation, relocation of family members and pets and a relocation allowance. Unfortunately, due to current market constraints, only those with current citizenship or Australian residency will apply.
