The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Job Purpose:
Design, develop and conduct need assessment studies of academic and job skills curriculums, learning materials and products, test materials and Sadara Task Standards (STS) applying instructional technology.

Functional Duties
1. Develop instructional materials and products for technology-based redesign of courses.
2. Design learning products, including web-based aids or electronic performance support systems.
3. Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options
4. Define instructional, learning, or performance objectives.
5. Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards.
6. Design instructional aids for stand-alone or instructor-led classroom or online use.
7. Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments to develop the basis for curriculum development or to update curricula.
8. Designing and developing the Sadara Task Standard (STS)
9. Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction.
10. Develop instructional materials, such as lesson plans, hand-outs, or examinations.
11. Develop instruction or training roadmaps for online and blended learning programs.
12. Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
