The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry with Operations all over the world.

The Role:
The Instrument and Control Lead Tech is principally responsible for all aspects of Instrument Commissioning on the Platforms through all phases of the project.

The role will involve input into the commissioning procedures, verification of the completions database GOC, and permit generation. The role will require gaining an in-depth understanding of the package UCP’s and the interface to the ICSS. The individual will be familiar and confident in all aspects of commissioning field equipment, managing technicians on a day to day basis.

• Familiarise with all aspects of Project Design
• Input Commissioning Requirements into commissioning procedures
• Develop Commissioning Scope for Yard & Offshore Phases
• Validate project data in Completions database
• Preparation of loop packs
• Manage C&I commissioning techs
• Develop Commissioning Procedures
• Accept Mechanical Completion Handovers for the C&I Discipline
• Lead the execution of the C&I static commissioning checks
• Ability to organise teams to maximise productivity and meet targets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Oil and Gas Industry and Offshore working in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in C&I discipline
• Relevant Offshore Survival Certificate
• Experience and understanding of GOC system
