The Role:
Participates in Job Risk Assessments and toolbox talks, responsible for putting allocated controls in placeWorks in accordance with a work permit/control certificate
Understands the requirements for isolation, breaking containment and reinstatement of equipment
Disposes of waste in accordance with the site waste management plan
Ensures all incidents and equipment failures are reported and participates in root cause analysis
Develops competence in line with development plan in SkillsXP

Responsible for North American Shale SCADA programming related to Production Units that employ AES/ClearSCADA applications. Will participate in frequent meetings/discussions/projects involving PHMSA compliance, control room management, alarm management, mimic development, report creation, standards creation, best practice, interfaces to backend systems, such as FlowCal and OSI PI, and operational excellence/improvement. Periodic trips to the field required to interface directly with end users/Operations will be required. Advanced programming skill set in AES, Clear SCADA and VBA scripting required. Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Understands basic operation/maintenance requirements for equipment relevant to discipline
Able to use the maintenance management system to record work, learns to use technical applications/systems relevant to discipline
