The Role:
I am currently recruiting for an Instrument Engineer to join this leading EPC contractor in the Oil and Gas industry. The company are experiencing a sustained period of growth, so are looking to add an Instrument Engineer to their team.

As an Instrument Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Support operational locations in assessing day to day instrumentation issues
• Verify performance standards and ensure the maintenance strategy is up to date
• Investigate all instrumentation failures and suggest improvements
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date
• Liaise with other disciplines to ensure equipment is working to optimum capacity

In order to fulfil the Instrument Engineer duties you will have the following:

• Degree or relevant experience within Instrument or Electrical Engineering
• Experience within the Onshore/Offshore Oil and Gas industry
• Experience of instrumentation on both Offshore and Onshore platforms
• Familiarity with industry standards
