The Role:
• Provide technical expertise for designing and construction of instrument projects, setting up priorities, planning, monitoring progress to ensure the designs meet company safety and engineering standards.
• Provide specifications and/or review specification of instrument equipment and or bulk material to support project procurement function.
• Prepare construction project work package that includes work scope, drawings, and commissioning tasks for construction team to execute project construction phase.
• Be consultant for construction supervisor regarding instrument problems encountered during construction and commissioning phase.
• Create and register new instrument equipment into computerized maintenance management system software.
• Develop and update company instrument engineering codes and practice to maximize safety and integrity of refinery.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's I Master's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years experience of instrument design and engineering work for refinery or petrochemical industry
• Safety oriented person
• Knowledge of instrument international standard, and area classification codes.
• Extensive knowledge in instrument maintenance, instrument reliability improvement and/or project engineering.
• Aware in concept of DCS, ESD, Compressor Control, Turbine controls & Machine Monitoring systems
• Familiarize with process safety assessment i.e. HAZOP, SONSIL
• Communicate orally in English and be able to produce engineering documents written in English
• Be able to work at Rayong.
