The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Assist current Maintenance Team to reduce maintenance backlog.
Ensure daily maintenance activities on the Platform fully comply with Company practices including safe systems of work.
Act as Permit signatory under ISSOW (as outlined in the operating procedures).
Ensure all work activities are carried out following safety arrangements and that processes are being operated in line with industry and internal best practice.
Complete routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and measurement equipment.
Record maintenance data on condition before or after maintenance via electronic capture methods and passed over to be integrated with CMMS.
Ensure that Maintenance Team Lead is advised when any Safety Critical Equipment has failed to meet the performance standard.
Where defects are identified ensure a work order is raised in CMMS system
Contribute to a culture of continuous HSSE performance improvement.
Ensure daily maintenance activities on the Platform fully comply with Company practices including safe systems of work.
Act as Permit signatory under ISSOW (as outlined in the operating procedures).
Ensure all work activities are carried out following safety arrangements and that processes are being operated in line with industry and internal best practice.
Ensure that Maintenance Team Lead is advised when any Safety Critical Equipment has failed to meet the performance standard.
Actively contribute to the achievement of outstanding performance in meeting Company targets of HSSE and efficiency.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Will be able to work in an offshore team structure.
Previous experience as an instrument technician offshore or onshore refinery.
Understanding of UK offshore legislation.
Understanding of ISSOW.
Fully conversant with block diagrams, PFD’s, P&ID’s, data sheets and cause and effects charts.
