The Role:
The I&C Engineer will deliver Instrumentation and controls efforts as part of the multi-disciplinary owner’s team in contractors office under the direction of Lead Engineer. Provide oversight and review of instrumentation and controls engineering design performed by the downstream contractor to ensure design meets company specifications and safety standards. Provide instrumentation and controls engineering expertise plus consultation and technical guidance to EPC contractor. Attend Hazop and Model Review workshops to provide I&C expertise.

Review detail design development and supplier documentation related to major control systems such as DCS, SIS, FGS, analyzer systems and package equipment controls. Participate in factory acceptance testing of control systems. Proven experience in Instrumentation and Controls design for onshore Oil and Gas facilities, preferably, including LNG project experience. Requires considerable expertise with I&C design practices, hardware and systems employed in oil and gas production environment. Familiarity with Yokogawa control systems is an added advantage.
