The Role:
This role is to provide Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) capability to the project, reporting through the Operations team. The Short Term IAP covers a three month look ahead period of which the first month is frozen after the monthly IAP meeting and from which an Integrated Production Plan is derived. The look ahead is updated on a monthly basis.

The primary objective of IAP is to minimize the impact relating to any or all of the following:
• HSE risk
• Critical resources such as Personnel On Board, PSD team
• Shared resources
• Deferment

The process contains the following steps:
• Initiating activities
• Planning activities
• Contribute to scheduling
• Prioritization
• Monitor execution of activities
• Analyze and improve

The Integrated Activity Planner will work closely with Operations and Project staff both in office and field.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in an engineering discipline or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of oil and gas industry experience of which at least 5 years must have been in a planning role.
• Exploration & Production operational experience/exposure (producing, projects, wells) is preference.
• Software Skills required: Primavera (P6), SAP PS, SAP PM, MS Office.
