The Company:

The Role:
Prepare and maintain the Area Integrated Activity plans for one or more offshore installations with rigorous application of the processes and system to enable successful delivery of all functional activities.

Principal Accountability:

• To act at all times in accordance with the Policy on Health, Safety and Environment and provide assurance activities accordingly.
• Ensure planning stability is maintained and all threats are and disruptions are challenged.
• In conjunction with the asset and Functional Planners, to combine, integrate and optimise the multi-functional plans within the Asset in order to prepare the medium-term (two year) Area Integrated Activity Plans for the designated installation(s) and maximise the Business outcomes (Production and Cost) within the prevailing resource constraints (onshore/offshore resources).
• In conjunction with the Functional Planners, to combine, integrate and optimise the multi-functional plans within the Asset in order to prepare the short-term (90-day) and very-short-term (28-day) Area Integrated Activity Plans for the installation(s).
• To manage the Asset monthly short-term / very short-term Integrated Activity Planning meetings and associated process to ensure the optimal delivery of Asset short-term and very short-term plans. • To support the Senior Asset Integrated Activity Planner (Team Leader) at the Asset medium-term Integrated Activity Planning meetings and deputise where necessary.
• Provide an assessed response by analysing, diagnosing and using professional judgement in the planning, monitoring and reporting of the Asset Integrated Activity Plan.
• Provide contingencies and risk based assessment options for management consideration and decision making.
• To effectively apply the activity change management process to achieve optimum stability of Asset plans and to ensure that the impact of changes are fully assessed up-front and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
• To liaise with the Functional Planners for your installations to ensure the effective delivery of the integrated planning process and the timely delivery and quality of activity planning data.
• To maintain the Asset TAR (turnaround) planning window timings, critical path and other data in the Planning System for the designated installations.
• To ensure the quality of Functional data and its compliance with the agreed Plan Entry Criteria (PEC) for the designated installations. To take action to address all activity clashes and shortcomings in proposed activity data.
• To prepare an analysis of actual planning performance data and KPIs in order to identify areas for continuous improvement and to prepare and to present findings at monthly Planning meetings.
• To liaise with the Asset Production Programmers to identify production deferment from activities on the Integrated Activity Plans in support of the production optimisation process.
• Ensure alignment with Asset ORIP Process and key asset risks are addressed correctly within the IAP
• To audit plan data and ensure alignment with company annual business plan process.
• Ensure asset and functional teams fully comply with IAP processes and data quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company Global Operational Excellence Blade 9 (IAP).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experienced planning professional with significant experience in E&P business.
• Proficient in the use of planning tools such as Primavera (essential) and SAP WM (not essential)
• Knowledge of offshore production operations, maintenance, engineering and well ops principles is also an advantage.
• Strong networking, technical, communication and influencing skills.
• Good presentation and organisational skills.
• Confident and assured manner in dealing with complex information in rapidly changing environment.
