The Role:
I am currently recruiting for a Integrated Activity Planner to work for my leading client based in Iraq working on a 28/28 rotation.

This role is to provide Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) capability, reporting through the Operations team.

The primary objective of IAP is to minimize the impact relating to any or all of the following:
•HSE risk
•Critical resources such as Personnel On Board, PSD team
•Shared resources
•Deferment

The process contains the following steps:
•Initiating activities
•Planning activities
•Contribute to scheduling
•Prioritization
•Monitor execution of activities
•Analyze and improve

The Integrated Activity Planner will work closely with Operations and Project staff both in office and field.

•Courage to intervene & advise organization with regard to OE Global Process prioritization and improvement plans.

•This is a multi-faceted role that requires the incumbent to involve her/ himself across a number of disciplines and specialties, not necessarily to be an expert in all, but to be in a position to coordinate, validate and challenge the processes and activities supporting the delivery of field and asset priorities.

•The role requires strong interpersonal skills with clear communication with line, function, Asset and Project to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in/ informed in delivery of field performance and technical integrity.

•The incumbent requires extensive experience in Production Operations. He/she should have considerable experience and understanding of the following four functions: operations maintenance, projects, well-services and drilling. Incumbent will have in-depth knowledge of the Primavera software package and have previous experience in the design and implemetation of integrated project control solutions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in an engineering discipline or relevant discipline.
•Minimum of 10 years of oil and gas industry experience of which at least 5 years must have been in a planning role.
•Exploration & Production operational experience/exposure (producing, projects, wells) is preference.
•Software Skills required: Primavera (P6), SAP PS, SAP PM, MS Office.
