The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Produce and maintain the 12 Week to 3 year Asset plans.
Provide data and support to the Operations Super for the 12 week planning meetings
Monitor and report on adherence to Gate Criteria and activity readiness.
Responsible for ensuring the issued Plans align with POB & Flight Constraints.
Participate in decision forums to decide on priorities and ensure these are reflected in plans and communications.
Develop, maintain and own Level 4 (Track Coordinate Plan - TCP) plans and integrate into overall Asset plans through IAPS processes.
Integrate 3rd party plans into asset plans where required.
Ensure compliance to the IAPS and Work Management processes – providing coaching and direction where required.
Ensure through these processes that activity owners are clear on their priorities, responsibilities and requirements to fulfil plan.
Focal point for all plans and liaison with plan owners, both offshore and onshore.
Produce KPI’s and communicates on a regular (monthly) basis. Use KPI’s to learn of business process shortfalls and address.
Liaise with finance to maintain budget status and relevant reporting.
Liaise with production to maintain production forecasting and harmonise opportunities to minimise loss.
Ensure business continuity and risks are recognised and managed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skilled knowledge of Primavera P6 - planning software system preferred
Team worker
Customer focused
Technical Knowledge of an offshore platforms process & equipment.
Hands on experience in using MS Office.
Planning service and support and deliverables on time and to customer needs.
Primavera training essential.
Able to effectively integrate outputs from different areas.
Accessible by others and creates a culture in which dialogue is recognised.
Interacts with others in a sensitive way, respectful of differences in others approach and style.
Maintains an openness to learning, actively looking for new ways to improve own capabilities and performance.
Must be visible and work collaboratively.
