The Role:
•Quality checking raw man-hours and incident data for inclusion in Country and Corporate reports
•Compilation of monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicator data and transfer to presentations for management review
•Input into Incident Review Board (IRB) presentation via data entry and presentation preparation
•Maintenance of the IO HSEQ electronic shared areas and hard copy documentation
•Quality checking of IMPACT entries to ensure compliance with Corporate Standard
•Management of information to appear on bulletin boards
•Being focal point for information and knowledge transfer between IO HSEQ and HSEQ function
•Preparation of reports and performance reviews for IO HSEQ Manager
•Management of confidential information and records from Occupation Hygiene monitoring
•Liaison with suppliers and user groups to manage Material Safety Data Sheets
•Facilitation of awareness, initiative programs and PSI training
•Assisting with the Emergency Response exercises and room
•Facilitation of Personal Safety Involvement (PSI) program for on and offshore
•Collation of office based PSI cards and feedback system

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Good general level of education; with good standard of numeracy and literacy required
•Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
•Ability to work on own initiative and self-check work
•Comfortable working to deadlines
•Good communication & presentation skills
•Working across all levels of the workforce
