The Role:
The successful incumbant will be responsible for integrating activities and analysing data across functions, operating & venture locations to generate Integrated Asset Plans, which optimise resource utilization and capture opportunities for safe and efficient execution. They will also be responsible for the East Africa Integrated Planning process.The position will require extensive travel to East Africa.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Collate information from varying sources, develop and analyse plans with the aim of identifying resource constraints, possible synergies and opportunities
- Create and review scenario plans as required
- Update plans on a regular basis and ensure that updated versions are readily accessible to all users
- Participate and provide necessary input into Asset integrated business meetings
- Maintain 8-year and 3-year Integrated Asset plans; oversee Functional plans
- Maintain Integrated Planning process / procedure within the Asset
- Monitor resource requirements
- Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
- Experience Needed
- Exposure to E&P business including a range of technical and commercial activities.
- Training in Project Management techniques and tools
- Experience of using project control systems and procedures supported by current software applications – Primavera P6, MS Project etc is preferred
- Knowledgeable of Integrated Work Management processes
- Knowledge of operational activities
- Experience of change management within large International organisations
- Knowledge, Languages, Skills and Attributes
- Able to influence at various levels within large International organisations up to senior management
- Demonstrable analytical thinking
- Able to form rapport with all types / levels, across all functions / disciplines. Able to bring people together to common way of thinking / working
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Good team player with a pro-active and flexible attitude
- Technical skills; activity planning software training (e.g. received training in activity planning software)
- Fluent in English

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to travel offshore is preferrable
