The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provide analytical support for business growth, profitability and customer service through improvements in business services, organizational resources, cost planning processes and systems.

1. Assist with the design, build and implementation of strategic integration business processes, systems and reports.
2. Assist with the improvement of strategic integration business and organizational resource processes, systems and reports.
3. Assist with the plan, schedule and facilitate business operations improvement and planning sessions.
4. Assist with the generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports detailing the B&S performance and results.
5. Assist with the analysis of the performance of various B&S departments and report to Integration Director any recommendations corrections, initiatives, projects and actions to improve performance.
6. Assist with the integration of the work streams of different B&S departments by aligning and leveraging their respective activities.
7. Work with different departments of the B&S function and coordinate activities amongst them to ensure high efficiency.
8. Assist with the regulation of the flow of work in the B&S function by matching and expediting activities in different departments and divisions.
9. Develop models to simulate the flow of activities and interactions between B&S departments.
10. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree minimum.
