The Role:
- Lead appropriate study and modeling work for life of field extension assessment.
- Establish extended asset life strategies (maintenance, integrity, inspection, etc).
- Lead the development of dry dock plans and associated risked cost and schedule estimates.
- Lead the development of corresponding life of field cost and schedule estimates.
- Substantial experience and proficiency in the management of asset integrity and control of significant risks to asset integrity presented by ageing processes. This includes: structures, materials, process plant, fire & blast, mechanical, electrical & control systems, wells, pipelines and marine integrity.
- Experience in FPSO marine integrity is critical. This will cover aspects such as: loss of stability and position, reassessment of integrity due changes (e.g. wear, corrosion, fatigue), review of original design basis, changes in standards, or obsolescence.
- Experience in FPSO dry-dock scoping and management.
- Prior expertise in understanding of equipment condition, inspection techniques, performance, interaction and safety margins is essential.
- Knowledge of applicable UK / EU regulations, standards, guidance’s and programmes (e.g KP4)
- Demonstrates cross functional asset (fixed equipment, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, floating systems, subsea equipment, structural, etc.) integrity skills and/or knowledge as a precursor to developing asset integrity strategies.
- Actively participates on industry standard committees related to asset integrity.
- Demonstrated experience in working and communicating with a multi-functional team.
- Understands customer focus and anticipates opportunities.
- Position to work closely with onsite MRI and OPS requiring offshore visits
- position must be able to lead the EPC proposed project integration via the with existing brownfield equipment
- must be able to lead, facility and work independently while executing project milestones with regards to assesment of life integerity for brownfield integrated equipment
- Leads the effort for plans and development and implements maintenance strategies working cooperatively with Reliability Teams and other stakeholders for existing and newly to be installed equipment
- Provides technical expertise to Management pertaining to alterations, repair, machinery operation, machinery casualties and overall performance
- Participate or lead incident investigations into machinery failures with a view to refining maintenance and repair strategies
- Develop and implement Reliability Maintenance and Operational Excellence strategies
- Works cooperatively as required with team and other stakeholders to ensure that repairs and projects are accomplished safely and in strict accordance to all safety processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in an operating company
Experience managing personnel and/or driving contractor to get results .
Experience with Best Safety Mechnical / Maintenance practices.
Extensive knowledge of industry standards related to mechanical intergrity management including best practices for standards and procedures.
