The Company:
A Large Operator

The Role:
Implement the Corrosion and Inspection Management Strategy, to oversee the integrity of topside pressure systems and to liaise with operations, maintenance and project teams on the condition and Fitness For Service of topside systems
Develop inspection workscopes for Topside Systems including the circuitization of systems and the identification of test points
Setup, populate and maintain the integrity management database system (IMDB)
Conduct loop / risk assessments and define integrity strategies for each system
Develop and maintain a risk-based Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and an annual inspection schedule
Develop and issue inspection workpacks per schedule and coordinate inspection teams.
Interface with Subsea and Marine Structure Integrity teams as deemed necessary
Review inspection findings, conduct anomaly assessments including Fitness for Service evaluations
Upload into (IMDB), and maintain, all inspection results and anomaly assessments
Manage timely information sharing on anomalies and fitness for service evaluations between integrity, operations, maintenance and project teams
Co-ordinate integrity failure investigations
Liaise with Houston technical authorities and other disciplines leads as deemed necessary
Deliver projects in compliance with company management practices
Provide monthly progress reports on inspection progress against schedule, management of anomalies, and KPI’s,

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years experience in integrity management in the oil and gas industry with a particular emphasis on offshore topsides
Have a wide breadth and depth of knowledge within the oil and gas inspection or engineering industry with proven skills in project management
Good understanding of NDT techniques and in-service application of NDT
Working familiarity of API RP14E, 510, 570, 571, 572, 574, 5L, 576, 577, 582, 520, 580, 581, 653, AWS D1.1
Working familiarity of ASME B31.3, B16, Norsok L-001, Norsok L-004-CR, Norsok M-601, Norsok M-501 ASME VIII
Familiarization of IRATA, SPRAT rope access requirements and requirements for confined space entry
Working knowledge of compiling task risk assessments and hazard evaluations
Competent in the use of risk assessment software and tools
Competent in the evaluation of pressure system Fitness for Service in accordance with API 579
