The Role:
Team Leader of the Integrity Management function supporting all operated assets. Responsible for the development and implementation of integrity management strategies and plans for topsides structures and pressure systems as dictated by Company policy and standards and regulatory requirements. Pipeline and subsea integrity is managed within the Subsea Team.

1 Responsible for the development, implementation and up-keep of the UKBU Integrity Management system in compliance with the Premier Corporate Standards and UK Regulations.
2 Responsible for the leadership and supervision of a team that provides Integrity management administration, planning, scheduling, delivery and KPI reporting support to all operated assets. This includes the Risked Based Inspection (RBI) of all topsides structures and pressure containing systems.
3 Responsible for ensuring that all inspection planning and delivery activities are completed in compliance with the established Premier UKBU Integrity management system and procedures.
4 In collaboration with Supply Chain Management, responsible for the implementation of agreed Integrity management and Inspection contracting strategies to support the delivery of all planned activities. Also responsible for ensuring that service provider support activities are delivered consistently across all operated assets.
5 Accountable for Administration of the integrity and inspection database for the UKBU operated assets. Ensures that Asset Registers and Planned RBI Routines are in line with current operating strategies and Safety Case requirements.
6 Responsible for development, collection and reporting of asset integrity Key Performance Indicators for all operated assets in line with the requirements of Premier corporate standards and UK Regulations.
7 Responsible for the development and implementation of annual Integrity Management Continuous Improvement Plans that include optimisation of inspection strategies; optimised defect management; and structured improvements on work management and overall execution efficiency.

Financial Accountability and Dimensions Personnel supervised approx. 6 - 15. This may include Premier staff, contract or services company personnel, depending on the type and volume of integrity activity


Management Relationships (include direct / indirect reports, external parties) Reports to the Engineering Manager.
Collaborates closely with Operations Managers and asset teams, OIMs, Brownfield Projects
Team Lead, Maintenance Team Lead, Subsea Team Lead and Technical Authorities.
Liaise with other stakeholders including, service providers, key external contractors, government agencies (DBEIS, OGA, HSE).
Ensures that key service providers' relationships are conducted in line with company code of conduct policy, maintaining constructive and respectful relationships.
Works collaboratively with other Premier discipline groups as required including but not limited to: supply chain, commercial, finance, HR.
Deputises for the Engineering Manager when required.

Candidate Profile (include Skills & Experience, Attributes, Behaviours)

Relevant experience of offshore oil and gas operations and maintenance management /delivery experience.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems, Synergi, Maximo, Production Reporting systems and
Regulatory HSE reporting requirements in UKCS.
Detailed knowledge and experience of integrity management systems and processes and inspection techniques.
Awareness of brownfield modification process(s) in North Sea.
Knowledge of specialist contractors who provide integrity support services in the UKCS.
Safety leader with a proactive approach to HSE and technical performance.
Strong leadership skills with a proven capability of co-ordinating a team in support of multiple assets to deliver priorities.
Respectful, inclusive and capable of fostering a culture of diversity.
An effective communicator (with both on & offshore colleagues) and ability to influence a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally.
Clearly communicates priorities, expectations and expected delivery so these are clearly understood.
Allocates resource appropriately to ensure delivery to achieve priorities.
Tracks own and team progress typically delivering multiple pieces of work, promptly resolving issues, escalating for support where required.

Additional Role Requirements
Required to travel to offshore installations as / when required - willing to do so at short notice and on a regular basis to ensure appropriate engagement across both on and offshore workforces.
Participant in the Company emergency Response structure - accepts allocated duty roles.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred tertiary education at a technical level (e.g. HNC, HND, Degree or MSc)
Qualified to visit and work offshore
