The Role:
As an Integrity Technical Support Engineer you will:

• Provides specialist calculations and technical information based on industry, internal or customer standards on mechanical joint integrity issues.
• Liaises regularly with internal and external customers.
• Ensures all internal/external customer enquiries are logged and answered/allocated to relevant personnel and tracked to resolution.
• Participates in the company technical network to share knowledge and improve standards in delivering long term integrity of bolted connections.
• Trains local sales team members and FSEs in carrying out of leak free bolt load calculations and Joint Integrity procedures.
• Champions the use of the company's Integrity calculation software (Informate) within the region.
• Contributes to the on-going development and quality testing of Integrity Software.
• Carry out field visits and support Sales Team to secure new business.
• In conjunction with the companies Centre of Excellence provides a regional fault investigation and solution service to support and win new business. Leads by example and work in a manner, which protects the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
• Actively participates in Company improvement initiatives including LEAD.
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As an Integrity Technical Support Engineer you will have:

• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• Willing to work on customer sites for extended periods.
• Computer literate, with capability in using standard Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients
• Excellent report writer
• Comfortable with training and developing engineers within the team.
• Currently hold or be working towards a professional accreditation
