The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Interface Coordinator to manage the interfaces between packages by ensuring the defines scopes and applicable procedures are followed and by proposing technical arbitration when required, liaising with PIMS (Project Interface management System)
• To coordinate transverse engineering activities under his responsibility (e.g. flow assurance)
• To coordinate transverse activities between TEPIT department (e.g. battery limits, commercial and communication department, permitting department)
• To assist and advise project management constantly, using defined procedure and adapted database to capture both risks and opportunities encountered on previous similar project
• To develop and maintain constructive relations with the risk managers of contractors and suppliers

To organise the interfaces meetings and identify critical points, reminding personnel internally and externally (i.e contractors) of the technical training and coaching as required.
• To assume responsibility for providing technical documentation as required, obtaining any additional authorisations required to proceed with the project development
• To coordinate relationships between the project and third parties
• To keep all project departments informed regarding ongoing project status in area of competence
• To follow any possible evolution affecting the projects development plan and when required to recommend the most suitable technical options, while managing the interfaces with the other work packages
• To organize the control of the engineering activities according to the project potentials and constraints and other main parameters such as flow assurance the he will manage
• To compile all data or results of technical studies under his responsibility (e.g flow assurance)
• To prepare and to follow up the interfaces data referential for the project and to constantly check its consistency (suitability of modification)
• To promote innovation and costs reduction in proposed technical solutions while prioritising reliability and safety for personnel and consultants, installation and environments
• To assist in the procedure preparation being involved in the processing and update of the documentation
• To promote all actions in order to reach suitable Safety and Environmental performances during all phases of the project development

Lead a Team of interfaces engineers
The project is characterized by a difficult and sensitive environment featuring sever environmental, political and contractual constraints which required specific skills to manage complex authorizations requirements and company image stakes.
In addition to a good technical understanding and mastership of the project the service holder has to develop the ability to handle difficykt and sensitive environmental issues to achieve sustainable development objectives paramount to project success

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Chartered Engineer
Qualification 10 years experience in Interface Management
Experience of hydrocarbon facilities engineering and of project management, contracting associated with development of onshore installations.
Ability to communicate effectively with other department, third parties and local authorities as well as with representatives of other Oil & Gas Company
Fluent in Italian and English (French as a plus)
