The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
25% - Manage the Upstream Technical interfaces with Joint Venture Partners (JVP’s) in a helpful and proactive manner, including managing, tracking and closing out interface queries, and setting up, facilitating and recording Upstream Sub-committee Meetings and Technical Forums called as required.

25% - Coordinate the timely resolution and closure of outstanding queries and action items with the key technical focal points within the Upstream Team and JVP’s.
Set up and maintain logs for tracking queries, actions, meetings and forums, key issues, work scopes, etc as requirements for these arise.

15% - Management of the Technical Interface with Third Parties associated with the pipeline crossings required by offshore construction activities. Interface responsibilities include the management of the interface process and protocols, tracking and closing out interface queries, and setting up, facilitating and recording Interface Meetings as required.

15% - Foster good relationship with counterpart Upstream and Central Interface Coordinators, JVPs, Document Control and key technical focal points within the Upstream Team to ensure good working relations for the smooth and efficient coordination of the interfacing.

10% - Communication - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels within the project, including at senior levels of management, internal and external stake holders, and business unit functions.

10% - Promote and integrate Incident & Injury Free (IIF) and Operational Excellence (OE) in all aspects of the interface and coordination work process.
Good technical knowledge of offshore gas developments (subsea, pipelines and platforms), to build and maintain good relationship and trust with many internal and external parties, and to efficiently manage and coordinate many concurrent issues.

Scope Factors:
The Project Engineer is responsible for the management and coordination of JVP and Gas Buyers technical interface activities for phase 3 and subsequent phases. The TPI Coordinator will be part of the Upstream AIR Team, responsible for managing and coordinating the Upstream technical interfaces with the JVPs and Third Parties.
