Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Interface Coordinator to support Senior Interface Coordinator with the following Central Team Interface Management role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with upstream and downstream interface coordinators, project team subject matter experts and external contractor interface focal points.
• Manage the transfer of information, across internal and external interfaces, throughout all project phases.
• Identify and define project interfaces / interdependencies, gain alignment on interface decisions, assign ownership and accountability for timely interface resolution.
• Apply interface management practices, to enhance the flow of information and data across project delivery teams, functional groups and external contractors.
• Schedule, coordinate, organise and facilitate interface meetings / workshops, for the project team / external contractors, regarding project interface issues.
• Follow-up, manage, update and track interface items to close out, within the RIMS tool, interface action registers and technical interface documents.
• Create and distribute project wide internal and external interface weekly reports.
• Update and brief the project team / external contractors, regarding current internal and external interface status and progress.
• Update interface plans, procedures, processes and training material.
• Provide support for interface tools (RIMS / Cognos), including focal point for any maintenance issues, enhancements, including user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance to the team regarding interface management tools and processes.
• Schedule and deliver RIMS interface management system, user and administrator training.
• Backup Third Party Interface support

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree Qualified Please specify: Engineering Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and execution phases of O&G Major Capital Projects.

Preferred skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of Interface Management plans, processes, tools and execution.
Project wide internal and external, interface management and coordination experience, across all project phases, for large scale O&G developments.
Personal Attributes: Excellent organization, communication, co-ordination, planning and reporting skills.
