The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
As the Offshore Interface Coordinator you will support the URF Manager in coordination of interface issues through the EPC phase of the project including associated Company functions (drilling, reservoir, operations, environmental, safety, quality and approvals). This is an outstanding opportunity for an appropriately qualified engineer to gain exposure across the entire offshore project.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitating the development and use of Interface registers, responsibility matrices, documents, diagrams and datasheets and coordinate completion of agreed deliverables
• Overseeing the development of a suitable Interface Management Database for the execution phase
• Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders of key interface issues.
• Facilitating Interface communications across the project, including review and coordination meetings, reports and briefings.
• Ensuring that main contractors and key Company personnel review and update interface activities, target dates and deliverable documentation to close out interface actions.
• Identifying document and implement improvements to the Interface Management System and procedures.
• Recording and tracking interface agreements within the Interface Management System.
• Conducting reviews / audits of interface management work processes within the project team as directed.
• Coordinating the update of key project documents (eg. PDB and Offshore Basis of Design) where directed by Offshore Interface Manager
• Attending/participating in key project committees/task forces as directed by The Offshore Interface Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree qualified Engineer
• Min of 3-5 years experience with offshore oil and gas facilities
• Exposure to the design, manufacture and installation of subsea equipment
• Ability to display clear communication skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within the business.
