The Role:
The Interface Management Lead is responsible for defining, documenting and the management of Logistics' internal and external interfaces and stakeholders involved in logistics processes. This includes determining the inputs, outputs, controls, resources and the time required for each logistics process requiring resources.

Accountable for:
This position reports to the Execution Planning Manager. The Interface Management Lead will act as the focal point for all Interfaces and Stakeholder management work, ensuring:
Logistics Interfaces and Stakeholders are appropriately engaged and prepared for operations
A robust linkage exists between Scope Owners, Logistics Scheduling, Interfaces and Stakeholders
Direct coordination with the Logistics Optimization Team for the refinement of the Logistics Execution Plan Continuity of processes and plans of all internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Support the development of detailed operational logistics processes, taking a holistic view across the project to bring synchronicity and consistency
Facilitate the wider understanding of logistics processes at contractual/procedural interface points in order to maximise efficiency
Facilitate meetings between Stakeholders to define/refine inputs, outputs, controls, resources and the time required for each logistic process
Deliver Logistics Process 'Table Top' and 'what if' exercises
Support the Performance Optimization Manager by ensuring the plans for module movement are complete and up to date
Act as the interface with the Project Schedule in P6 through liaison with the Logistics Scheduling Team;
Link Scope Owner operations, emerging/changing logistic plans, P6 schedules and any impacts from outside of Logistics to Logistic Optimisation, the Garner System and the Logistic Operations Centre Interpreting SoW and translating key activity/deliverable requirements to the Schedule
Develop, update and maintain the internal logistic process maps including resource loading
Provide the interface with planners in each of the Logistics functional/delivery teams;
Develop databases, spreadsheets and process maps.
Any other tasks as directed by the Logistics Execution Planning Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Person:
Well rounded in terms of operational logistics experience is essential
Previous experience in process development - Highly desirable
Demonstrate a strong analytical approach to problem solving
High level of competence across MS Office suite
Good information management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and work in other countries
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective and comfortable working at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative
Team player
Confident and experienced to propose better ways of collaborative working
Be able to work to strict deadlines and provide detailed reports

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
Previous experience of operational logistics and logistic planning
5 years Oil and/or Gas Industry Experience an advantage but not critical
