The Role:
* Reporting to the Overall Site Construction Manager
* Responsibilities will include:
* To act as the coordinator between the two General Contractors (GCs) on site .
* Be responsible for general management of interface clashes at a construction level and working between the two AP Site Construcion Managers for GC1 and GC2 but in general
* Raising and coordinating the resolution of issues identified by one of the GCs with the other through the AP GC Construction Managers.
* Ensuring that issues are recorded and resolved
* Areas of interest include
* Movement of equipment and materials and the avoidance of obstructions
* Lifting operations and the avoidance of obstructions
* Coordination of excavations affecting routes and access to avoid disruption
* Coordinating testing and radiography activities and their impact on the ability to execute work
* Ensure that the Commissioning Team and Construction manage the energization of systems and equipment
* Conflicts of priority for resources such as Inspection and Safety
* Reporting to the Site Site Management meetings on issues and their status
* Elevating unresolved issues as necessary ot either the Overall Site Construction Manager or the Site Project Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of construction management
* Work planning and methodizing experience
* Experience of ASU construction and commissioning
* Team Player
* Strong communicator written and oral
* Strong and effective coordinator
* Organised, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks
* Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Excel
* Report writing skills and status reporting
* Experience of working in a multicultural project team
* Middle East project experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in KSA
* Saudi Aramco experience
* Experience of working on camp based construction sites in remote Middle East locations
