The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

The Role:
To support the Interface & Risk Coordinator in the implementation and maintenance of Interface Management system, process, procedures & training within the CPF package, and in the associated administration duties.

Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.

•Report directly to the Interface & Risk Coordinator
•Support the Interface & Risk Coordinator in:
-developing, updating and implementing Interface Management framework, process, procedure and system within the CPF package
-facilitating and recording interfaces actions
-monitoring the timely answers of all interfaces related to the CPF package
-maintaining the CPF interface register to ensure information is recorded correctly and is kept current
-preparing the CPF interface reports, dashboard, minutes and presentations
-identifying risks related to the CPF package and coordinating action plan to manage them

•Ensure that all inputs to the CPF interface register are completed in accordance with Interface Management procedure
•Work collaboratively within the client's organization and with all project personnel, in a harmonious, safe and efficient manner, to achieve project objectives
•Provide guidance and support on Interface Management framework, process, procedure and system, and set up and maintain a training program for the CPF package
•Provide Interface Management assistance to the CPF package

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Diploma or preferably engineering degree qualified
•Some exposure to Oil & Gas experience preferable
•Minimum 3 years engineering & administration experience
•Have technical knowledge and experience
•Database Management knowledge & experience
•Proficient understanding of workflow activities and process for an integrated database system
•High standard of Microsoft Office skills – particularly using Excel/PowerPoint
•Excellent communication and written skills
•Interpersonal skills befitting a multicultural environment
•Able to multitask and work under pressure
•Self-motivated and schedule-oriented
•Strong team player
