The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
A 3 year fixed-term assignment is on offer for an Internal Auditor to work for a major Oil & Gas Operator.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Assist with planning of assigned audits/reviews
• Perform assigned audits/reviews
• Reporting related to assigned audits/reviews
• Follow up and closing out of audit/review action items appropriately
• Liaise and improve relations with other audit and assurance teams in the company
• Expand the network of business contacts and Subject Matter Experts which Internal Audit can utilise in the performance of their activities
• Interact with all stakeholders in a fair and professional manner, enhancing the internal audit brand

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 3-4 years' experience in full-time working environment
• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting / Project Management / Engineering
• Membership of Institute of Internal Auditors, CPA/CA, or a similar (preferred)
• Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards
• Six sigma experience
• Credentials and experience in assessing key business processes and technology
• Organisational skills - can work alone or in small teams to deliver outcomes in a complex environment
• Willing to participate in a variety of activities beyond core role
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred)
• Proven advanced skills in written English / report writing would be beneficial
