The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Internal Customer Relationship Management Engineer - providing support to CRM Manager, liaising with JLR Centre's of Competency (CoCs) in technical and financial discussions related to work packages suitable for delivery through the Offshore Dedicated Engineering Centre (ODEC) in India. Travel required between sites (Whitley & Gaydon)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a number of concurrent projects to on-time delivery Self-motivated, enthusiastic & determined Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Project Well organised with good attention to detail.
Broad automotive engineering/ product development background
Ideally educated to degree level

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of JLR Product Creation Process (PCS) Knowledge of CAD and CAE methods, tools and processes
JLR Commodity and Supplier knowledge Experience of supplier development
