The Company:
Our client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions the transmission and distribution industry

The Role:
The Client is ideally looking for a skilled Engineer who has experience in Power or Low voltage Engineering / applications to provide support to a variety of clients. The role will be predominately office based however the successful candidate must be flexible in terms of travelling as and when required.

The Client is looking for candidates who will participate in project deliveries with responsibility for electrically biased engineering solutions which revolve around Low Voltage Switchgear. Experience of writing technical proposals, compiling reports and presentations would be advantageous. Ideal candidates will have the ability to interpret schematic / wiring diagrams.

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Handling technical enquiries via email and telephone in a timely manner.
- Writing technical proposals for presentation to customers
- Applying commercial reasoning to technical solutions servicing customer

This is an urgent requirement and therefore candidates who are able to demonstrate high levels of motivation and have the right characteristics to strengthen their team and support their ambitious growth plans within this specialist market will be seriously considered.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Knowledge of Low Voltage Products and services including Switchgear.
 Demonstrate excellent customer focus.
 Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Minimum ONC)
 Good networking and strong people skills.
 Results orientation.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
 A working knowledge of electrical motor control/LV distribution
 Knowledge of Switchgear
 Have the ability to interpret schematic/wiring diagrams
