The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
• Responsible for business growth within Tier 2 & 3 countries and Channel Partner development within specified focus countries
• In collaboration with the Area Sales Managers and the Head of Export Sales, manage and maximise sales within assigned product groups
• Managing and following up the actual sales vs. budget
• In collaboration with the Area Sales Managers and Head of Export Sales, negotiate and make offers in special cases in accordance with company procedures
• Providing regular management information to Head of Export Sales (including sales forecasts, opportunities, quick wins and achievements)
• To provide hands-on and technical sales support to local sales units and the Area Export Sales Managers as required
• To define and maintain product stock profiles
• To develop and maintain robust working relationships with third party vendors and supply chain teams
• To meet with suppliers to build strong business relationships
• To meet with customers to promote Company products and services and optimise sales opportunities.
• To develop, maintain relationships and work closely with Divisional factories and Product Managers to maximise business and sales opportunities
• To ensure full compliance with the Company Integrity and Code of Conduct policies and guidelines.
• To co-ordinate technical questions related to product reclamations in pre-sales phase
• Creation and delivery of application specific training material for sales network and arranging training sessions
• Some foreign travel as required for the proper fulfilment of this role.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of sales or product management background in motion control applications and solutions
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
• Languages are useful but no essential
• Educated to degree level (may be an advantage, but not essential)
• Knowledge of motion control applications including motor & drive sizing
