The Role:
· Control and make decisions on the management and finance .
· Guarantee operations promptly follow Company procedures

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:
· Organize and manage the Department.
· Set up plans and ensure that all departmental activities are in line with the objective requirements.
· Hold responsible for all the management and financial implementation of the ITD department in order to develop its commercial profit and expand the existing services to maximize the potentiality.
· Contact with foreign and local customers in terms of provided or available range of services, keep good relationship with the existing customers and ensure that the provided services will meet their requirements.
· Ensure the professional resources according to the requirements of the Division in Vietnam through the recruitment, training and human resources development.
· Promote the good image through the efficient communication and contact with other business entities and governmental authorities.
· Ensure the efficient and productive performance of all jobs in conformity with the quality management system and the requirements of customers.
· Develop the commercial and technical capabilities of the department and endeavor to extend the inspection services to the potential customers.
· Intensify the new business relationships and assure the continuous development of the department by incessantly creating new fields of service.
· Be responsible for training and guiding the implementation of the quality management system in the department.
· Take charge of the recruitment, training and motivation of new and existing staff.

Candidate Profile:
· University degree or above in the relevant field.
· At least 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
· Deep and general knowledge on the inspection and commerce
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Creative, independent, able to find pragmatic ideas
Internal Profile:
· Understand company’s business activity, vision and mission
· Understand company’s organization chart and profile.
· Well understand company’s policies such as admin, staff handbook and
financial policies.
