The Role:
Responsible for the geological interpretation process and all interpretation products

Primary responsibility is for managing production of all geological interpretation reports; ensuring those deliverables meet the contractual requirements and timing as agreed with the customer and are delivered within the budget as agreed with sales.
Provide monthly reporting information on projects to the VP Geological Services along with WIP reporting to accounts.
Support the sales team with technical assistance as required for future, current and completed projects.
Provide technical and commercial guidance to all members of the Interpretation Team and implement QC procedures for client deliverables.
Provide support to the interpretation team through attending client meetings and attending technical presentations where required.
Write, deliver and present papers/posters at conferences and technical seminars.
Participate in the identification & development of gradient technology diversification areas, keeping chck on the market and championing new methods and techniques. Maintain professional awareness of the external developments in geophyscis to identify where these may be used to benefit core business activities.

Maintain good working relationships with potential customers within the Hemispheres.
Assist with development and maintenance of Quality Assurance scheme.
Initiate and implement risk reduction and risk management processes.
Develop and maintain an efficient and effective set of geological, geophysical and S/W skills.
Maintain professional awareness of external developments in techniques and processes and identify where these may be used to benefit the business.
Participate in the recruitment of interpretation group staff.
Participate in the development of product offering and pricing policy
Ensure security of clients and data.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the business.
