The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
For our client we are looking for an Inventory Specialist to be responsible for the implementation of standardized inventory management processes to support WC&I Exploration and Production Drilling Activities.

Reporting to the WC&I Logistics Superintendent, your key deliverables will include but are not limited to;
• Maintenance and verification of material records within SAP for materials and inventory used within WC&I drilling activities.
• Utilisation of inventory management materials master data accordance with published process requirements.
• Responsible for the assignment of correct joint venture ownership codes.
• Accountable for accurately recording the movement and consumption of materials within the Inventory Management system for Exploration and Production Development drilling.
• Responsible for reconciliation of well construction inventory and reporting inventory quantities.
• Assist in developing & reporting planning process, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and compliance.
• Participate in the broader Company inventory management process development.
• Provide regular performance reports regarding Exploration and Production Development inventory movements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a staging environment and strong knowledge in dealing with inventory, procurement and logistics systems. With experience in supporting a large and diverse inventory supporting a 24 hour operation you will be a highly valued member of the team. Exposure to drilling and well construction activities is desirable in addition to SAP exposure.
