The Role:
The main responsibilities of Invoice Analyst/ Contract Admin Assistant:

Reporting to the Lead of Invoice Attesting, the Invoice Analyst will be responsible for providing professional service of invoice attesting and maintenance of contracts books for capital projects contracts.

• Receive and log invoices
• Attest invoices to ensure that work invoiced is in-scope, invoice rates are per contract, and the supporting documentation is appropriate
• Obtain appropriate approval for invoices
• Work closely with contract admin to resolve any invoice issue
• Maintain workbook for each contract
• Correspond with vendors and respond to invoice and payment inquires
• Ensure open and timely communication with team members
• Other tasks as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Invoice Analyst/ Contract Admin Assistant will have experience:

• Post- Secondary education with Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, ) and SAP as an asset
• Ability to read and understand the invoicing of compensation section of contracts
• Works well in a team environment, Oil sands or project experience preferred
