The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) looking for Invoice Processor position (Accounts Payable Department)

The Role:
• Comply with internal control practices and standards as well as Russian Accounting & Tax rules
• Verify incoming invoices and payment requests to ensure they meet Minimum Invoice Processing Requirements
• Enter invoices in IPES timely to allow user organizations sufficient time to complete rate verification, coding and approvals, as well as to avoid late payments
• Accurately enter vendor invoice and internal payment request documents in SAP IPES
• Accurately enter vendor advance transactions
• Promptly enter vendor credit invoices into SAP IPES (denotes a receivable from the vendor)
• Conduct data accuracy / quality reviews daily
• Resolve and monitor recycled invoices with business line and support organizations
• Ensure received and scanned invoices are processed within 3 business days of receipt or same day for urgent payments
• Report issues, concerns or problems promptly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor
• Develop SAP IPES knowledge and skills around Accounts Payable transactions and reports
• Other duties as required and determined by Department in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
• Employee is responsible for conscientious performance of his/her duties in accordance with Russian Labor Code

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Accounting rules
• Work experience in banks at positions: cashier, treasurer, electronic/manual payments processor. (Please do not submit CV’s of Accountants with experience at higher positions. Our job is connected with basic accounting operations – mature accountants will not simply be interested in this position)
• Experience in work with databases (high volume of data entry into database), good keyboarding skills.
• Good command of English – mandatory.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
