Our client is seeking experienced Operations Documentation Administrator to provide support to the Operations Team, on a 6 months contract. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for data management for Permit to Work and management of employee details.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Support day to day operations for Permit to Work office.
-Data entry and filing.
-Activating, managing and backlogging work permits within databases.
-Manage database information and create reports.
-Manage Contractor records, with accurate entry of personnel records.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-3-5 years General/Technical Administration experience.
-Preferable experience within large industrial complex.
-SAP or experience with similar data system preferred.
-Understanding of reporting and KPI development.
-Ability to use data management systems effectively.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.
