The Role:
T Support Coordinator:
• Coordinate and oversee the IT support (support, storage, and delivery) function across Kazakhstan.With primary focus in Tengiz and ensure all project members receive the appropriate response.
• Manage IT asset (Desktop/laptop, phones, and printer) inventory across Kazakhstan.
• Ensure TCO IT processes are followed and create processes for the proper execution of the IT support function.
• Track helpdesk tickets and IT SLA’s.
• Escalates issues and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Creates weekly and monthly reports and provides status of the IT delivery function.
• Prepares IT support team for the mobilization of project team in Phase 4.
• Help facilitate IP/IRM with project SMEs
