The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

IT Organizational Capability Program:
• Assist IT Business Management Manager in IT organizational capability (OC) program and activities
• Provide support to the IT OC process
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand, collect, and analyze IT training demand and supply
• Liase with relevant HR/OC teams regarding learning & development plan for IT
• Monitor and track competency development budget
• Track Thailand IT competency development activity records
• Under the direction of IT Business Management Manager, coordinate with HR/OC and supervisor on the development of new hire through the Chevron’s standard competency development programs (Horizons, Pathways, or other structured development programs)
• Coordinate and administrate IT new hire on-boarding program
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance IT OC program and process
• Provide administrative support including organizing meetings and event, minute taking, and the preparation of presentations and reports
• Assure accuracy and integrity of information services provided
• Undertake IT initiatives and special projects related to needs of IT department as assigned by Manager, IT Business Management
• Undertake any other duties consistent with the post and where necessary assist with other areas of Business

Management including:
• IT Financial and Contract Management
- Coordinate and work closely with all IT Functional Teams to ensure a preparation of data for routine and special IT Business Management reports [e.g., monthly accrual, IT OPEX and CAPEX monthly forecast, IT cost performance, IT contracting and procurement, IT Annual Operating Plan (AOP), etc.] are carried out in the most efficient manner
- Act as the Single Point of Contact between IT Functional Teams and Finance for billing invoices to verify and track Thailand IT payments in a timely manner
- Monitor, coordinate, correct and report if found any incorrect charges from vendors/suppliers and/or internal IT service providers
- Provide IT contract management support to all IT Functional Teams and other related parties to ensure that IT projects and/or products/services are delivered within timeframe & budget and in compliant with Chevron’s policy and guidelines
- Provide administrative support to all IT Functional Teams and management in preparing accrual report for Accounting on a monthly basis, AFE, cost allocation, CHESM rating, etc.
- Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system for all reports, records, correspondence and statistics
- Support IT Business Management team in collecting, organizing, analyzing and reporting project expenses/IT vendor data with minimal guidance

• IT Asset and Software Licensing Management
- Maintain, coordinate, and keep tracking of IT assets stock both hardware and software applications license with accurate and up-to-date tracking database for OE metrics/performance
- Produces IT Assets stock performance report on a monthly basis and on-demand
- Assist Thailand IT Functional Teams on any gaps found on IT Assets both hardware and software applications license in the sake of Audit purpose
- Ensure appropriate payment of software licensing/maintenance acquired with record of evidence
- Ensure all user data are formatted before disposing/donating

• Administrative Support
- Maintain and update IT Business Management webpage and SharePoint

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
(Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)
- Working Experience: In Oil & Gas at least 2-3 years
- Educational Background: Bachelor in IT, HR, and/or related fields
- Skills: Process-oriented, analytical skills & reporting, teamwork, facilitation, innovative, strong communications skill, customer-oriented, MS-Office Tools (basic & advanced level)
- TOEIC score: 500-600
