The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Job Purpose

The role of Business Office Specialist in the IT department will be responsible for creating KPI's and performance metrics for the entire IT department across all IT divisions; security, architecture, service management, infrastructure, etc. Successful candidate will be required to create KPI's and balance scorecards and set the performance management framework.

Functional Duties
oTracking the setting up of goals for each organization in the IT department
oTracking the completion of goals against accomplishments
oSetup and conduct mid-year and year-end performance evaluations
oParticipate in performance management process to track department and individual performance against goals

Managerial Duties
1.Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by staff as assigned
2.Ensure all tasks and activities are performed in accordance with the clients policies and procedures.
3.Motivate, coach, develop and support employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Academic and Professional Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or any related field.

Professional Experience
•Deep knowledge and experience in one or more areas of Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employment Development.
