The Company:
Our client a UK based refining and marketing company, have interests in a number of facilities in the United Kingdom, employing around 1000 people throughout the UK and over 33000 worldwide. They have had their presence on Teesside for over 30 years, processing and storing crude oil ready for shipment along with being an established supplier of bulk fuels, including LPG, to the commercial, aviation and marine industries.

The Role:
Covering the 550 PCs and laptops and numerous printers and other devices such as DMPs, Conference rooms, Emergency Response Rooms and town halls etc.
Covering 5 office locations.
Installing and maintaining of server based systems
Handling the installation of PC application software
Networking - patching, cabling and troubleshooting
Performing the role of helpdesk administrator
To undertake additional and ad hoc tasks regularly and efficiently as required
Experience of Microsoft Office 2007 to 2016
Experience in problem solving issues with computers, laptops and network peripherals.
Experience in the development of Microsoft Access.
