The Role:
Responsibilities:
• The DRM coding and data management for business records following the Procedure Preparation, Control and Compliance Process.
• Co-ordinate the creation, revision and retiral of procedures in the OMS.
• Controlled Document distribution.
• Controlled Drawing management.
• Perform quality control checks on the OMS procedures to ensure they comply with the published standards.
• Maintain Workpack and Report numbering systems and document records in Livelink.
• Provide support for Livelink automated workflows for the OMS.
• Provide guidance on process and system improvement over time.
• Search for & compile information associated with physical storage as per requests from the business.
• Provide support for the annual attestation activity including the Record Organisation Campaign (ROC).
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings and up-date action lists and reports.

Guidance:
• The position receives guidance from the IT Planning, Control & Compliance Supervisor.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A sound knowledge of DRM management systems and processes.
• Proven experience of Document Control within the oil and gas industry or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Operational procedure management systems and processes.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and a track record in delivering results.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Requires minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organisation.
• Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems.
• Experience of SharePoint 2007, Livelink and ProjectWise is advantageous.
