The Role:

In line with the CSU schedule, organize, plan and manage all the IT activities related to installation, commissioning and IT integration tests of the computerized systems listed in the IS logical architecture document ref. 2000-110-G000-GE00-G00000-KA-2580-01002. This engineer shall also provide the IT support to the entities in charge of delivering the systems: ASE, Instrumentation, MAC, MTC, SHI and CPY.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• In line with the CSU schedule, ensure the proper timing of IT activities on site: availability of the required IT architecture, hardware and required facilities (power supply, IP addresses, firewalls configuration…) prior to the intervention of Vendors
• Coordinate the activities and information between various involved parties
• Verify that each system is in compliance with Company’s standards wrt IT and data security
• Coordinate the Vendor on boarding process with CPY. Follow the systems already identified and work with other discipline to identify new entries.
• Ensure the use of a common procedure for testing the proper integration of each system in the final IT architecture and the fulfilment of the IT standards
• Provide day-to-day focal point for project support
• Organize and coordinate the testing activities with reference to the document fLNG Systems Integration Test Plan (2000-110-GE00-G00000-KA-770-01023).
• Will be the focal point with CPY for all technical topics related to IT architecture, IT standards and installation / integration testing of all relevant systems in the final IT architecture.
• Will work closely with Commissioning personnel, equipment Supplier and Company to expedite problem resolutions and elevate problems and concerns to the proper levels of Supplier and/or Management for problem resolution.
• Initiate and validate modification to the IT architecture, as and when required.
• Prepare for a smooth hand over to Owner of the systems from an IT point of view.
• Coordinate and supervise Field Engineers and Technicians in charge of the IT infrastructure installation
• Coordinate, supervise and assist Vendor’s representatives during their IT related activities.
• Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environmental issues in all activities under his control.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of the activities and report progress to the project Management.
• Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule, and report any deviations to the Project Management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas facility projects and at least 5 years’ experience in IT architecture design and IT infrastructure deployment, commissioning, testing and start-up.
• Good Experience in computerized systems used for operations
• Knowledge in IT architecture (networking, firewalls, hardware virtualization….) IT standards, data security… on large project scale.

Required competencies:
• The IT Multidiscipline Coordinator must be skilled in the following competencies:
• Excellent communication and leadership for handling a team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Driving HSSE performance in the project execution.
• Understand and identify CSU requirements.
